Unique Makeup and Jewelry Storage Ideas!
If you're a makeup lover, you know that makeup can take up a lot of space! And after awhile that one trusty makeup bag just isn't cutting it anymore. That's when we have to get creative and figure out ways to display and store our makeup goodies. The same goes for jewelry! All of a sudden you notice your jewelry box getting harder and harder to close.
Well, today I have some really cute and unique ways to store your makeup and jewelry that will get you organized while making you feel better about your space!
Okay, I collect tea cups, so when I saw this I instantly fell in love!! What a great idea!! And a great way to get your jewelry organized! Even using this idea for some of your makeup would be cute. I can see lipsticks and lip glosses brimming these tea cups!
Short on bathroom counter space? Well here is your solution!
These are very simple to make and can hold anything you desire! It also is a big space saver!
It also gives your bathroom a special DIY touch!
DIY repurposed candle jar storage!
Most of use have old used up candle jars collecting dust in our closets. Well pull em' out, dust em' off and repurpose them into makeup holders! This is a beautiful way to repurpose them and it's very simple to achieve.
In a pot of water, place your candles inside and warm the water until it is boiling and the leftover wax starts to melt. After all the wax has melted, carefully pull them out and pour out the wax. Wipe out with a paper towel and then just clean with soap and water.
You can use these jars as makeup brush holders or glue them together to create a stackable makeup organizer!
I thought this was very unique and what a conversation piece!
It just goes to show you that you can repurpose anything and make it to fit your style!
Makeup Magnet Board.
This magnetic makeup board adds more elegance to your bathroom as it hangs on your wall. You stick magnets on the back of all your cosmetics and viola! With a nice frame, a metal plate, all of your makeup will be well organized on the magic board!
This project works the same way all the magnetic makeup board.
If you want a unique and beautiful way to display your brushes, here are the steps to make your own!
Find a frame that you like...
Replace the picture with a piece of magnetic metal that fits the size of your frame.
Then stick magnetic srips to the back of your makeup brushes.
Viola!! One of the most unique makeup brush storage idea I have ever seen!
Now, we have all seen this idea with makeup brushes in a container, but the difference here is instead of sand, they have used coffee beans! I am all about this idea!
The smell alone would be awesome and with every time you use your brushes that smell will waft out and give you a little pick me up!
Palettes are the best thing ever, butt storing them is the worst. Pick up a magazine rack at the dollar store and you'll reclaim TONS of surface area! Also with this you can see what palettes you have and saves time trying to go through all of them.
Use a bead container for more organization! So many compartments!
