D.I.Y. Tuesdays!! Valentines Day Edition!

 

Hello everyone! Today's D.I.Y is going to be all about Valentines Day!

Being only 11 days away, I have gathered some great decorating ideas for you!

So here we go! :)

 

Heart Garland!!

 

Heart garland is a cute and easy way to decorate your home!

Instructions:

1. Cut colored paper into 1in strips.

2. Fold them all in half

3. Take one of your folded strips and staple the folded side.

4. Bring down the two flaps to the bottom of the fold to create a heart and add another folded strip of paper to the bottom. Them staple and continue making hearts. 

You can make them as long as you want! I think they look great hung from a doorway as shown here!

 

Heart Doily Banner!

This is pretty self explanatory, but all you need to do is glue or tape some cute lace hearts to some ribbon and you have a very festive banner!

 

Paper Doily Envelope!

Do you have a special someone you want to send a Valentine to?
Well here is were you can learn to make a cute, handmade valentine card or invitations of your very own!

Rose Bouquet Ball!

These can be made on a smaller scale if you wanted. but no matter the size, they are very cute!
All you need is a Styrofoam ball, and tissue paper!
Just tear strips of tissue paper, roll them up and glue to the Styrofoam ball, you cold also use fake flowers and then attach a ribbon to the top so you can hang it anywhere you would like!
