All About Thanksgiving!

Ohh, Thanksgiving..


It's upon us, and every year my family gets so excited for it!
All the Turkey and stuffing, potato's, cranberries, deviled eggs,
pumpkin pie, apple pie, ect !!
Oh boy! All that food!
And if your a person like me who's on Wieght Watcher's,
all that food might not be so good for your wieght loss plan.

So I am here to help!
Today at my Wieght Watcher's meeting we were told all the points for the food
you might have on your table.

LIKE-
Turkey.....2 oz piece- 2 Points
Stuffing.....1/2 cup- 4 Points
Potatos.....1/2 cup- 2 Points
Gravy.....1/4 cup- 2 Points
Sweet Potato's.....1 Large- 3 Points
Spuash.....1 cup- 1 Point
Cranberries.....1/4 cup- 2 Points
Deviled Eggs......for 2- 3 Points
Rolls.....1- 3 Points
Cassarolle.....1 cup- 5 Points
Green Beans.....0 Points!
Pumpkin 1Pie.....1 slice- 9 Points     (Yikes!)
Apple Pie.....1 slice- 8 Points

So there you go!
No matter if your on Wieght Watchers,
or just managing your wieght.
 Don't fret,
you can still have a great
Thanksgiving meal,
without going over your points!
(Well not going over to much anyway! :) lol)
